It is very important that we keep in touch with you.
Whenever you shift, please complete either the change of address notification ( a supply is included with your policy document) or give us a call with your new details. It is also helpful for you to also provide your mobile phone and email address details

Changing Your Name

It is important for us to know if your name has changed, particularly if you make a claim. If we are aware of any name changes we can ensure your claim is processed quickly as it is easy for us to check that you are the person on the Birth Certificate or Passport.

Should you change your name by
      a) Marriage – please send us your birth and marriage certificate; or
      b) Deed Poll – please send us your birth certificate (and marriage certificate where applicable) and the deed poll certificate; or
      c) Marriage Dissolution – please send us your birth certificate (and marriage certificate where applicable) and the certificate or dissolution.

We will note the changes and return the documents to you as soon as possible, or alternatively , you can provide us with a certified copy of the original document.

Changing your Bank Account/ Credit Card

If you want to pay your premiums by Direct Debit and wish to change the account we make deductions from, or you wish to change to paying by Direct Debit, you will need to let us know. You can either complete the Direct Debit Authority form and post it back to us, or contact us and we will send you the form

If you want to pay your premiums by Credit Card from another Credit Card , you will need to let us know. You can either complete the Credit Card Authority form and post it back to us, or contact us and we will send you the form

Payment Options Galore

ING Life allows you to select your preferred day for regular premium payments to be deducted by Direct Debit or Credit Card transaction. That means that if you would prefer your weekly premiums to be deducted on Thursdays, or if you wish to change your monthly deductions from the 1st to the 3rd of every month, no problem. Just let our staff know your preference and they’ll arrange it for you.
You can also pay premiums either quarterly, half yearly or annually . Just let us know so that we can confirm the new premium amount.

Premium in Arrears

If you miss one of your regular premium payments, don’t worry. We will be in touch with you by phone and letter to work out the best way for us to help you get your regular payments back on track- protecting your valuable risk benefits. For example, if you pay by Direct Debit or Credit Card, we can collect any missed premiums along with the next premium payment due or we can spread the recovery of missed premiums over time – whatever suits you best. If you do not pay your premiums by Direct Debit or Credit Card, we can arrange a payment plan for you.


Lost your Policy Document

It is very important that you have your policy document to hand should you ever have the need to claim against your policy. The policy document contains all of the terms and conditions that are applicable to your individual policy and forms the basis of the legal contract between you and us.

If you have lost , or cannot find your policy, please either complete the Loss of Policy Declaration and post it back to us or contact us and we will send you the form . We will send you a replacement of your original policy document once we receive the completed Loss of Policy Declaration from you. This replacement will have exactly the same terms and conditions as the document that you misplaced or lost.
