ING has developed a dedicated website, called Financial Passages, providing information on the basic principles of financial planning.
The ‘passages’ concept looks at how, as we move through adult life from our first job to retirement, many continuing and predictable changes take place. With Financial Passages, we have built on this idea to show how many of us also experience similar changes in our financial lives.

We believe there are six financial passages or stages that most men and women pass through – from early adulthood to middle age and retirement. The Financial Passages website provides a guide to each of these passages, including some checks and tips to see what you might need to do to help you successfully reach the next passage.

While the main focus of the website is on financial issues, we have also included some comments on health and lifestyle, because they are fundamental requirements for satisfaction at all stages in life. Note: In our Moneytalk section, we provide a number of articles on basic investment information and principles. These articles are designed to be user friendly and free of jargon!
