When can I call the Contact Centre?
The Contact Centre can be contacted Monday to Friday (except national public
holidays), between the hours of 8:00am and 6:00pm.

What is an IRD number?
An IRD number is a unique number issued to you by Inland Revenue. Your number will
be in the range of 10-000-000 to 999-999-999, so some people will have an 8
digit number and others a 9 digit number.

I can't logon to the ING website - What's wrong?
"You receive the following error message: Invalid user name or password."
Re-enter your user name and password. If you still can’t logon, contact ING.
"You have “forgotten your user name"
Click on the login button and click on the link “I've forgotten my User Name”. Fill in your title and email address and click Submit. You
will be sent an email with your user name.

Why do I need to register?
If you want to view your account online, you will have to fill in the registration
form.

You will receive a confirmation message and an email will be sent to your email
address immediately after registration.

How long does the password have to be?
At least 6 characters (containing letters A-Z uppercase, a-z lowercase and/or numbers 0-9)

If you have changed your email address, you need to call the ING Contact Centre so
they can update your details.

Call
your Internet Service Provider's (e.g. Xtra, Slingshot, Ihug, etc) help line.
Unfortunately, ING cannot assist you with this type of problem.

What are protocols SSL 2.0 and 3.0?
These protocols specify whether you want to send and receive secured information through SSL3 (Secured
Sockets Layer Level 3), a protocol that is intended to be more secure than
SSL2, which is a standard protocol for communicating securely with websites.
Disabling it will prevent you from visiting some sites.
